You may have seen Thermach cover up on building sites where they’ve needed to have a temporary wall. I’m not crazy on the type but I think the house wrapped in a scarf is effective in a kinda oddball way.
I’ve got a feeling that this was one of those logos that has been accidentally resolved really well. There’s a few details like the bottom of the scarf and the joins of the windows that haven’t been thought through very well, something that tells me that a big studio/designer wasn’t involved. But that’s why I like it, it’s a bit rough and different enough than other building material signage to stand out.
