Adobe Illustrator, 3.43.24 PM

Idea: A book that looks at the cutting room’ junk designers always have in a window somewhere. There’s a great book that already exists for the sketchbooks of creatives, but I’d like to see it’s digital counterpart.

For me, it’s probably Illustrator but I’m sure editors would have little cuts that they’re trying to work out in a side window, or copywriters who have text edit or a google doc open to play around with a line. I’m not saying they’re pretty, but it’s kind of more interesting than a book full of polished pieces: that kind of stuff gets boring quick.

Screenshot that!
