Driving through Mexico City a few years ago I remember these huge, rotting billboards, hanging over the slums and rubbish that sit off the side of the freeways. This blog is a project by Norman Palm a german who slices them up and randomly assembles them into more ‘exciting’ and visually pleasing collages. Damn!
