I am sad for what Dribbble has become..It used to be such a lovely thing for people to post in progress work and now it’s a portfolio website of 300x400 images.

Taking critique where it’s deserved, but also being able to defend and articulate design decisions. After all, selling your work, and the need for it is really the only way to make a living from design.
