Over some chewy sweet and sour pork, and a hectic bike ride home, I had some time to think about the graduate show at my University.
I remember in 2007, the year I finished high school, I checked out the same show. I was bowled over. Maybe it was the fact that I knew largely nothing about contemporary design, or that there were hotshots like tom and woodhead really going for the jugular.
This year wasn’t like that. Great work, just nothing that just blew my mind.
The honours guys were killing it as usual, lot’s of photography work, big speaking posters, less type stuff and ’Bello’ got used a lot …
I might go back with a camera.
