Pretty soon there will be a word for these kind of ads. they exist in a world where everyone is just milling around a public square waiting for a brand to sell them some message. After the TNT stunt gaining so many views (15m in a day), there’s sure to be more too.
This one for tic tac stinks. Before I clicked the link I pictured a hidden camera type scenario where a guy would walk up to strangers with crazy bad breath. After a montage of people trying to be polite (but really disgusted), end with a line like “it’s hard to like bad breath”. but no, some weird, amazing stunt.
